This hanging block mount includes hardware but no band clamps (you'll need to reuse those you received when you purchased the Tool-Tube™ System or purchase the band clamps separately). The hanging block mount kit works when mounting the tube beneath a flat metal surface, such as an aftermarket rack. Each of the mounts attach to the surface with one (1) M8 stainless steel button head bolt, and the tube is held fast to the mounts with vinyl-coated mil-spec band clamps.
